Technical support is lightning fast. I had a problem with my webmail and the spam assassin- I though I was using the right settings but still received too much spam. 5 minutes after submitting the ticket the problem was resolved - they changed the quota as it should be and saved my day.

Much more user friendly than GoDaddy. And the support really knows their thing - i tried to install a new CMS on my account. Since I had a problem with the installation I posted a ticket. I actually thought they would've never heard of the app Tomato Cart, but they knew that cart very well and helped me get it right.
